СПІЛЬНА ЗАЯВА-ЗВЕРНЕННЯ

 

Вельмишановний пане голово,

ми – жителі рідних нам Чернівців, мешканці краю та вихідці  з Буковини підтримуємо всі ініціативи громадських організацій щодо повернення на Центральну площу нашого міста скульптурної композиції «Пієта», яку знищили в 1923 році.

Ми підтримуємо висновки робочої групи з вивчення відновлення пам’ятника «Пієта» утвореної відповідно до розпорядження міського голови від 25.03.2014р. №72-р. до котрої увійшли історики, дослідники, архітектори, депутати міської ради. Робоча група на засіданні 02.04.14 (згідно протоколу) ухвалила:

-         визнати доцільним спорудження пам’ятника Хрест Пієта на Центральній площі м.Чернівців на честь Героїв Небесної Сотні.

-         вважати за доцільне спорудити пам’ятник Хрест Пієта за формою і зовнішнім виглядом максимально наближеним до історичного.

Ця ж робоча група на черговому засіданні 25.04.14 підтримала ініціативу Чернівецького міського благодійного фонду «Карітас Буковини» виступити замовником на спорудження пам’ятника «Пієта» на часть героїв Небесної Сотні. Одночасно робоча група рекомендувала благодійному фонду «Карітас Буковини» підготувати відповідний пакет документів згідно з Порядком спорудження (створення) пам’ятників і монументів, затвердженого Наказом Державного комітету України з будівництва та архітектури, Міністерства культури і мистецтв України від 30 листопада 2004 року.

Ми - громадські та культурні діячі краю, представники наукової інтелігенції, почесні громадяни Чернівців, патріотичні сили Буковини, керівники релігійних громад, родини загиблих героїв Небесної Сотні підтримуємо висновки фахового журі Всеукраїнського архітектурно-скульптурного конкурсу на кращий проект пам’ятника героям Небесної Сотні в Чернівцях, який був оголошений БФ «Карітас Буковини» за підтримки Чернівецької обласної організації Національної спілки художників України. У відкритому всеукраїнському конкурсі, який тривав з травня по серпень 2014 року, перемогла робота Заслуженого художника України, доцента Київського державного інституту декоративно-прикладного мистецтва і дизайну, скульптора Миколи Білика. Роботи нашого земляка Миколи Білика прикрашають найкращі площі українських міст.

Підтримуючи громадське обговорення щодо представлення на загал першої премії скульптурного конкурсу, ми, що нижче підписалися, схвалюємо проект скульптора Миколи Білика «Пієта» героям Небесної Сотні та просимо Виконавчий комітет Чернівецької міської ради ухвалити рішення про дозвіл замовнику на виготовлення та встановлення в Чернівцях пам’ятника Небесній Сотні.

Шановний Олексію Павловичу, в ці буремні і трагічні дні для Української Держави нас не покидає Віра, Надія і Любов у перемогу і воскресіння Української Ідеї.

Шана до мирних первісток українського пробудження – Героїв Небесної Сотні, має жити поміж нас !
